Human Resources Technician – Intern
FUNCTIONS/TASKS:
- Support in recruitment and selection processes;
- Support in monitoring the integration of new employees/interns;
- Support in updating, organizing and improving processes;
- Collaborate in processes associated with internal communication;
- Support in the organization of internal events;
- Monitor projects within the scope of human resources development.
PROFILE:
- Higher Education in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or similar (mandatory);
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Good knowledge of English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred);
- Be eligible for an IEFP professional internship (Mandatory);
- Sense of responsibility with a proactive and resilient stance;
- Good communication and writing skills and good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to organize and work in a team.
