Human Resources Technician – Intern

FUNCTIONS/TASKS:

  • Support in recruitment and selection processes;
  • Support in monitoring the integration of new employees/interns;
  • Support in updating, organizing and improving processes;
  • Collaborate in processes associated with internal communication;
  • Support in the organization of internal events;
  • Monitor projects within the scope of human resources development.

PROFILE:

  • Higher Education in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or similar (mandatory);
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Good knowledge of English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred);
  • Be eligible for an IEFP professional internship (Mandatory);
  • Sense of responsibility with a proactive and resilient stance;
  • Good communication and writing skills and good interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to organize and work in a team.
