MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Check the quantity and quality of products received, check delivery invoices as well as record the entry of materials in the warehouse management/information system.
• Identify and classify materials, ensuring their storage in the appropriate locations to facilitate their future location.
• Carry out periodic inventories to check the quantity of products available and ensure that system records are up to date.
• Supply, Separate and Dispatch Orders;
• Follow work safety standards and keep the place organized and clean to prevent accidents and guarantee the integrity of goods and access to them.
• Frequently check expiration dates on products, removing items that are close to expiration date or that have already expired.
• Monitor pending deliveries at the counter for delivery to external and internal customers.
• Carry out the assembly and preparation of hydraulic pipes.
• Ensure the organization of tooling and monitoring of installation conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 9th year, preferably 12th year;
• Previous experience in similar functions (preferably automotive or heavy machinery);
• Good computer knowledge from a user perspective;
• Ability to operate with cargo handling equipment, be it an electric forklift or other picking equipment directed to the interior (stacker and retractable mast), preferably with certification;
• Reasonable knowledge of English and preferably Spanish.
