Service Manager Position (m/f) – After-Sales Department
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the After-Sales Service Teams at the Branch;
- Coordinate the Service Administrative Support and Supervisors Team to ensure customer response (quotation preparation; WIP management; service invoicing);
- Plan, coordinate, and implement service methodologies, including service scheduling, technician segmentation, and career path planning for technicians;
- Ensure the implementation of the actions defined in the Service Excellence Program;
- Interact with Internal and External Customers to gain/maintain/improve their trust in the Company and the liaison team, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education degree in Engineering or Management;
- 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in after-sales management areas, with team leadership experience;
- Commercial and Customer Relationship experience;
- Knowledge of SAP (preferential);
- Fluency in English (Mandatory).
