CAT® GRADE & SLOPE
The Cat® Grade & Slope system for asphalt pavers utilize a combination of sonic, contact and slope sensors to provide an elevation control system for paving and milling operations designed to control grade elevation and slope. The goal of grade and slope controls is to remove irregularities from the surface for maximum smoothness and control mat thickness for asphalt pavers and cutting depth for cold planers.
