A MORE ECONOMICAL LINE OF TRACKS
The Cat® General Duty undercarriage line is comprised of sealed and lubricated chains designed specifically for low- to moderate-impact applications where the standard undercarriage line is not as necessary. The components of the General Duty line are perfectly compatible with all components of the Heavy Duty lines, and there is need to upgrade the entire system.
The General Duty line is manufactured by Caterpillar according to strict specifications and quality control in order to ensure that final quality is unparalleled. Because not all of our customers demand the quality of our premium products, we developed this more economical product line to meet all of your work needs.
REINFORCED TRACKS FOR MEDIUM-SIZED MACHINES
Built to operate in demanding work environments, Cat® Heavy Duty tracks are designed to meet the requirements of mid-sized machines with an elevated drive wheel (D6N and D6T).
They feature links, pins and bushings that compensate for the effects of high-impact loads and adverse ground conditions and can extend the service life of an undercarriage by an average of 20%, affording the greatest benefits in aggressive applications like:

Cat® SystemOne™ is an undercarriage system that offers reduced maintenance and longer service life. The patented design eliminates the need for tracks with pins and bushings. The ends of the welded pin prevent axial looseness of the connection to links or loosening that can cause dry joints and accelerated wear.
The roller design offers up to 50% longer service life than conventional designs. The reusable drive wheels and guide wheels last up to two chain lives, which saves downtime costs for replacement. This also reduces maintenance and uptime associated with change of chains, while increasing productivity and lowering operating and ownership costs.
Cat® Rubber Tracks and Components provide unmatched performance throughout their service life, which is 13% longer than other competitors.
MULTI-TERRAIN LOADERS
The Rubber Tracks of Multi-Terrain Loaders contribute to higher flotation, low ground pressure, machine stability and smooth steering. Quality manufacturing provides tracks less susceptible to cuts and tears, with struts built into the entire length of the track and highly resistant to stress.
